Our Staff

Mr. Parmjit S. Mangat, Immigration Consultant and Advocate, is the President of West Coast Immigration Consultants and the Program Director of World View Adoption Association, a not for profit organization duly licensed by the Ministry of Children and Youth Services to facilitate international adoptions.

Mr. Mangat is an ex-army officer as well as a former supervising investigator with the New York State Insurance Fund and a former adjunct faculty member at Long Island University, Brookville Campus, New York, U.S.A.

Mr. Mangat holds the designation of Certified Canadian Immigration Consultant (C.C.I.C) and is a member of the Canadian Society of Immigration Consultants (CSIC), a Fellow of the Canadian Migration Institute (F.C.M.I.), the Canadian Association of Professional Immigration Consultants (CAPIC), and the Ontario Association of Professional Adoption Practitioners. He is well recognized by his peers in the fields of immigration and adoption throughout Canada and abroad.

Mr. Mangat has been a senior consultant and advocate for over twenty years. He specializes in Immigration Appeals, Admissibility Hearings, Refugee Claims, Skilled Worker and Business Immigration applications. His knowledge of the immigration and adoption uniquely qualifies him to take on complex immigration and adoption cases.

Mr. Mangat regularly contributes articles on immigration to various newspapers and publications throughout the world. He is the editor of "Immigration to Canada", a specialized publication about immigration issues and has also appeared on various television and radio programs.
